Ms. Pierce currently serves as COO of Consent Vault LLC, a healthcare technology startup company. Pierce has over 25+ years of operational leadership and product management experience. Her background includes healthcare information technology experience for both payers and providers.

Pierce has product ownership experience over four software product lines at 3M Health Information Systems and two of the largest healthcare database product lines at Optum (a UnitedHealth Group company). Pierce worked in medical utilization review for 10 years and also has experience managing patient education product lines at Krames StayWell (A WebMD company).

Pierce has worked extensively with law firms in both the financial Services and healthcare industries in her leadership role over highly regulated and litigious product lines.

Pierce is currently completing her Ph.D in Biomedical Informatics at the University of Utah. She has an MBA in Finance, MS in Biomedical Informatics, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has training as an ICF trained executive coach from the College of Executive Coaching.
